Administration
As a Govt. Institution, the administration is entrusted under Industrial Training Department, Govt. of Kerala headed by the Director of Training; Thiruvanandapuram.The department is working under the Labour Ministry of Government of Kerala. Principal is the head of Institute and the Vice Principal is the charge man of whole training and the Senior Superintendent is the Head of office and the drawing and disbursing officer.
DEMOCRATIC ORGANIZATION
STAFF COUNCIL
It is the council comprises of all the staff members.The principal is the chairman and elected staff secretary assist him to perform the duties of the council. Every month, the council meets and discusses the strength, weakness and status of training system and makes solutions for the major problems.
PARENT TEACHER ASSOCIATION ( P.T.A )
It is the association of the whole parents of the trainees and the staff members. An elected president from the parent heades the association and an executive committee is the secretariat of the body. The principal is the secretary to the committee and elected staff member as the treasurer/ joint secretary to assist him to perform whole programme of the committee.
TRAINEES COUNCIL
It is the democratic body of the trainees, includes the representatives elected from the trainees. The council is headed by the Chairman
