As enter to the 50th year of our existence since its inception in 1957 under the Craftsmen Training Scheme introduced by the Government of India in 1950 to shape the Craftsmen to meet the existing as well as the future manpower need, this is moment of profound rejoining to all of us belong to Govt. ITI Kannur. As we know we are going to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of our Institution in 2007.

From a grand beginning, Govt. ITI Kannur has now become as Centre of Training more than 1000 trainees spread in different Trades under both National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) and State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT
